 I booked an early morning 5am pickup this past week. I was a bit nervous about booking with a car service I hadn't used before for an early morning trip to the airport, but everything about my experience with Boston Express Livery Service exceeded my expectations. The booking process through their website was very easy. I received great confirmation and reminder emails. The morning of pickup, our driver Joe texted me when on their way and arrived early. Joe was extremely professional and courteous. Joe made the ride very pleasant. I will be using Boston Express Livery Service for all my future airport transportation. Highly recommend!!

Our group of staff.... used your service on Thursday 14th March 2019.

Firstly, I would like to commend your company for the excellent service it provides. Our Driver was Curtis.

We  were a group of seven individuals, all with luggage wishing to go from  the Beauport Hotel Gloucester MA to Boston, and then on to Logan  Airport. We were split between different flights, all therefore needing  different drop off times. Indeed our luggage was looked after whilst we  had lunch and whilst waiting for the airport transfer.

Thank you  so much for the efficient, courteous experience…..we shall certainly  provide positive feedback to both the Beauport Hotel who organised this  for us as well as our colleagues in the Lexington office.

I  would just like to thank you and your company for the very efficient  transfers from / to Logan Airport and Ogunquit, Maine. I didn't get the  name of the gentleman who picked us up on the 23rd, but he was very  courteous and prompt, and relayed the message about the change of time  for the return trip perfectly.

Jean was our driver on Friday, and  he was VERY personable and efficient. He arrived in Ogunquit quite  early, but was fine with us not being ready until 10 minutes before the  scheduled pick-up time. There was very little traffic and he got us to  Logan in plenty of time. And we were able to have a long talk about  football (REAL football, or as you call it, soccer) ! We will definitely be using Boston Express next year!

I am only as good as the team I am part of and today we had, by FAR the best team in place!
Like  many large events, there are many, many working parts. Having your  keynote commencement speaker along with another VIP guest arrive on  time, relaxed and ready to go was so very important.
The  communication from start to finish with both of our reservations to the  customer service I received was just top notch. The vehicles completely  surpassed my expectations and were quite a nice upgrade from what we  were expecting. 
I realize there are many choices within the city for car service but whenever I am in need, I know exactly where to go.
Thank you for making one of the most important aspects of our day seamless.
Please  also share this note with your drivers as both of our guests were  gushing with compliments of how kind and professional both drivers were.  I too had the opportunity to interact with both and can not say enough  good things! Thanks SO much Jean and Bill!
